The new stadium will seat about 10,000 people and be used for sports festivals, high school football, concerts, and ice skating in the sports offseason. During a policy roundtable with the Congressman following the tour, AGC and company representatives discussed workforce development and its impact on the construction industry. The group thanked Rep. Marshall for his support of the industry and asked him to cosponsor other pro-construction legislation such as H.R.3497, the Jumpstart Our Businesses by Supporting Students (JOBS) Act, which would expand Pell Grant eligibility to construction training and credentialing programs.
