The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has extended the comment period until January 14, 2025 for their Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has extended the comment period until January 14, 2025 for their Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings. In addition, OSHA is scheduling an informal public hearing on this proposed rule.
