As AGC continues to press for inclusion of an immediate $49.95 billion infusion of federal funding for state departments of transportation (DOTs) in the next COVID-19 relief bill, we are calling on members to contact their Senators to sign a bipartisan letter led by Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) to Senate leadership in support of this request. Previously, Reps. Conor Lamb (D-PA) and Bob Gibbs (R-OH) led the effort on sending a similar letter, signed by 137 members, to House leadership in May. It is vitally important that AGC demonstrate to Senate leadership a strong level of support for this request.
