Resources for Federal Candidates

For those unfamiliar with our association — AGC of America, the voice of the construction industry, is an organization of qualified construction contractors and industry-related companies dedicated to skill, integrity and responsibility. Founded in 1918, AGC operates in partnership with its vast network of 87 chapters and provides a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members, thereby improving the quality of construction and protecting the public interests. We represent over 28,000 firms, including nearly 7,000 of America’s top general contractors, more than 9,300 specialty contractors, and 12,000 service providers and suppliers. Our members construct commercial and public buildings, airports, shopping centers, factories and industrial plants, schools, dams and flood control facilities, highways, roads and bridges, ports, public transit, underground facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, multifamily housing projects, military and defense related facilities, rail and transit facilities, tunnels, housing developments, and mining operations.
As the nonpartisan political action committee of AGC of America, AGC PAC supports federal candidates who champion policies that strengthen the construction industry and the millions of workers it employs. This page includes key resources to help you understand our priorities, the PAC endorsement process, and how to engage with AGC at both the national and chapter level.
Whether you’re running for federal office or managing a campaign, we encourage you to explore the materials below and reach out with any questions. We look forward to learning more about your campaign and your commitment to the issues that matter to America’s construction industry.
