Army Corps Civil Works Leader Retires

AGC attended the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) retirement ceremony for Mr. Alvin Lee, Director of Civil Works.

On September 30, AGC attended the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) retirement ceremony for Mr. Alvin Lee, Director of Civil Works. Mr. Lee led the Civil Works Program, a more than $7 billion annual program of water and related land resources of the United States and more than $20 billion in recent Emergency Supplemental appropriations. He oversaw the work of over 25,000 civilian employees. Mr. Lee served over 37 years in various roles at USACE both domestically and abroad.
