GSA's PBS, often referred to as the "federal government's landlord," is responsible for acquiring space through new construction and leasing and maintaining federal properties nationwide. GSA's PBS owns or leases an inventory of more than 8,800 assets, maintaining more than 370 million square feet of workspace for 1.1 million federal employees, and preserving more than 500 historic properties. AGC welcomes Ms. Groman in her new role and looks forward to continuing to work with GSA's PBS to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities and infrastructure and to help ensure a brighter future for the construction industry and our nation.
