AGC Lawsuit Delays Joint Employer Rule

A federal court delays National Labor Relations Board joint employer regulation effective date to March 11, as it considers an AGC lawsuit to block it permanently.

A federal court recently delayed the effective date of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) joint employer regulation from February 26 to March 11, as it considers a lawsuit AGC joined with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, among others. AGC remains hopeful that the court will rule before March 11 to permanently block this regulation from taking effect.
